Created Product Webinar

We created a customized webinar for Gene's Info Product from scratch.  We got him the copy to record, while we were building the PowerPoint.  So within one week of getting the raw information from Gene, we had a completed webinar ready for a launch. Remember, for him speed was critical.

Launch To A Cold List

We created daily content based emails driving to the webinar.  Since Gene did not have a list, we used ours!  With every email we are tracking opens, click and the number of registrants.  What we found is that the open rate was phenomonal, but the number of registrants was extremely low and only a few had completed an application. So we went back and revised the message and call to action to fit this list. 

Response Based Follow-up

Gene wanted to know the conversion rate from the number of people registered webinar to the number of applications that were received.  With every email we are tracking opens, click and the number of registrants.  What we found is that the open rate was phenomonal, but the number of registrants was extremely low and only a few had completed an application. So we went back and revised the message and call to action to fit this list.  We created some mini videos pulled out of the webinar and created landing page with the CTA to apply.  Guess what...we recieved more applicants and more feedback!

Infusionsoft Campaigns

He now has several Infusionsoft campaigns all working together and at the same time to maximize the touches to these cold contacts.  Since it is based on what the contact opens or clicks we are able to track and target the lowest hanging fruit and will continue to create more campaigns to take them offline with direct mail.  We continually asses the response and make changes to continually improve the process and message.

Indoctrination Video Sequence

After the launch of the webinar, it become apparent there were no conversion, but we did get some feedback.  So we looked at all the metrics and the target audience and realized that we were missing a connection between their pains and that this Info Product would solve them. So we created shorter videos to emphasizing that connections.   After the first email with the first video, we quadrupled the number qualified leads.

Analyze and Improve Results

Gene is a numbers guy.  So we looked started analyzing from day one.  Realizing that something was missing from the message and quickly fixing it, kept things moving forward.  Being dynamic is the key to success and seeing results.
